Certified in both DISC and Motivators our team can provide either an individual assessment or a workshop together with your team. Results from implementing what you learn with include. Understanding the way in which you operate within the four behaviors. How to "flex" your communication style to meet others emotional needs. Ways that your team can effectively communicate and collaborate to drive results. How to create working groups that can deliver on projects based on their strengths. Book an exploratory meeting with us today and we can tailor an individual or team plan as well as deliver a workshop either in person or virtually based on your preference. Below is an outline that has been used with previous teams to assist them in their development. * DISC and Motivators Assessment link for each Individual Team Member. * 45 Minute Initial Overview of Results with each Team Member. * 4-6 Hour Workshop * 2 Coaching Sessions delivered on a Monthly or Quarterly basis.
