Service Description
Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching Process which will be a full 12 month Executive Coaching engagement and will include the following. Utilize this program that has been used by leaders such as Alan Mulally (Ford), Brian C. Cornell (Target), and Hubert Joly (Best Buy) to enhance their leadership skills and involve their team members in the process. 1. 360 Global Leadership Assessment 2. Discovery Meeting and Identification of Priorities 3. Creation of Executive Coaching Plan 4. Stakeholder surveys (up to 10 different team members) 5. Monthly Strategy and Coaching Sessions 6. Measure Results and Progress 7. Report out to Stakeholders 8. Wrap Up and Next Steps
