Service Description

Executive Coaching Space will work with your leadership team to become high performing. Certified in team coaching, we will utilize tools such as the Five Behaviors model along with DISC styles so that you will gain a deep understanding of how your team can enhance their communication, relationships to each other, and understand how to drive results. Our focus will be to align your team with what they are responsible for delivering in terms of results together on a consistent basis. In addition, will build out a team contract that will focus on areas such as delegation, accountability, collaboration, productive conflict and other areas so that your team has clarity, focus, as well as intentionality on business outcomes. Includes assessments for each team member (up to 10 total) along with the following; * Initial Discovery Meeting with Team Leader. * Discussions with each Direct Report. * Individual 5 Behaviors and Disc Assessment. * Team Road Map and Results. * Monthly Group Coaching Sessions (6 total). * Quarterly Individual Coaching Sessions for each Team Member. * End of Engagement Wrap Up - Results, Celebrate Success, Next Steps.
